Lucky Tokens

If you find, or are given, one of my lucky tokens I hope it brings you luck - if it does let me know! Each token is unique, individually numbered and made from reclaimed glass. They are not suitable for small children.

Token 1, Beach Installation (the first 100) was photographed on 10th April 2010 at Shell Island, North Wales. The second 100 were photographed at Brimham Rocks on 17th June.

To celebrate my graduation in 2010 I headed off for my first Glastonbury armed with 150 limited edition Glastonbury tokens. They were photographed at Glastonbury and then left around the site for people to find. I have had some amazing feedback from the token finders. Glastonbury 2011 saw another 100 tokens in a different style released into the world. This could become a Glastonbury tradition for me...

There will no doubt be more to come in the future as I love making them and they fill the little gaps in the kiln when I'm firing other pieces that I make (I hate waste, including kiln space!).

I am keeping track of the tokens so keep me posted and send me photos. I know some has travelled to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China and 24/200 is tucked into a dry stone wall somewhere in North Yorkshire. The Scissor Sister's backing singers took theirs off around the world, and the very lovely Beth Rowley has one...

Good luck! Suzanne x
